A symphony orchestra is a large ensemble that is composed of string, wind, brass, and percussion instruments that are used to perform classical music. The wind instruments could be a flute, clarinet, oboe or bassoon. The string instruments include violin, harp and double bass. Percussion instruments are snare drum, timpani, triangle or a piano. Brass instruments include trumpet, French horn or a tuba.
